At Wix, I worked as a Product Designer on the Mobile Apps team, designing experiences for an ecosystem that enables users to run and grow their businesses through native mobile apps.
My work spanned across product discovery, UX strategy, and detailed execution, with a strong focus on clarity, trust, and decision-making in high-impact user flows.
I collaborated closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and fellow designers to ship and iterate on features used by a large, diverse user base.

Designing for clarity in decision-heavy moments
My work at Wix spanned multiple areas of the mobile experience, including:
- Designing and evolving core mobile flows, from onboarding to settings journeys and premium subscriptions via desktop and mobile.
- Helping users understand value, options, and differences between plans and features, especially in moments involving commitment or payment.
- Using qualitative and quantitative insights—funnels, experiments, and user feedback—to inform design decisions and prioritize iteration.
- Iterating on features in production, learning from real user behavior and refining solutions over time in partnership with product and data teams.

Shaping core journeys across the mobile experience

Used user interviews and surveys to identify recurring pain points and validate which problems were worth prioritizing.

Leveraged funnel data and key metrics to understand where users drop off and where design could have the highest impact.

Changes focused on clarity and context without adding friction or pressure.
